IMPLEMENTASI CONVENTION FOR THE SAFEGUARDING OF INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE 2003 TERHADAP TARI PIRING SEBAGAI KEBUDAYAAN MINANGKABAU
Abstract: Indonesia is a
country rich in heritage and culture. Indonesian cultural heritage assortment
is due to many factors, among others, because of ethnic Indonesia is very
diverse and the level of creativity of Indonesia's high society in the field of
arts and culture, resulting in material cultural heritage and intangible
culture. One of them dance intangible culture plate which is derived from the
Minangkabau culture, which has its own unique charm with dance movements on the
glass. In 2003, UNESCO has announced a convention on the protection of
intangible culture that Convention For The Safeguarding Of The Intangible
Cultural Heritage held in Paris that protects the intangible cultures around
the world that have been ratified by Indonesia by Presidential Decree Number 78
of 2007 and the Convention Concerning Protection of the World Cultural and
Natural Heritage of 1972. Efforts Minangkabau society and culture figures in
the preservation of dance dish is good enough in the implementation, such as
introducing and dance featuring dishes to continental Europe and Asia, as well
as the efforts of the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy of West
Sumatra province with the economic actors socialize creative to register as a
copyright work, as well as dance plates were protected by Act 28 of 2014 and
the rules Joint Secretary of the Interior and the Minister of Culture and
Tourism Number 42 of 2009 and 40 of 2009 on Guidelines for Cultural
Preservation.
