EFEKTIVITAS PEMANFAATAN DANA NAGARI DALAM RENCANA PEMBANGUNAN JANGKA MENENGAH NAGARI (RPJM NAGARI DI KENAGARIAN SUNGAI RUMBAI KABUPATEN DHARMASRYA TAHUN 2015)
Abstract: Implementation of
development in the District Dharmasaraya found areas that experienced the
development gaps which cause a delay of a region to grow, therefore it is
necessary to review the effectiveness of the utilization of funds in the
villages in the district of village plans Dharmasraya especially in Kenagarian
Sungai Rumbai in 2015. The problems are: 1) how does the process of
participatory planning at the village of Nagari RPJM Sungai Rumbai? 2) How is
the implementation of the utilization of funds in its medium village in Sungai
Rumbai ?. The method used is the juridical sociological research that focuses
on research in assessing the primary data are supported by secondary data that
is descriptive. The results of this research are: 1) The participatory planning
process in RPJM village in Nagari Sungai Rumbai implemented through the
preparation, drafting, musrenbang to phase in the establishment of local
regulations and is designed according to a predetermined systematic
legislation. 2) Rural Development Plan in Nagari Sungai Rumbai dilaksasanakan
through programs of education, health, infrastructure, environment, social,
culture and agriculture.
