ANALISIS PENGARUH DIMENSI KUALITAS PELAYANAN DUTA TOUR TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA PESERTA KKL FAKULTAS EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS SEMARANG (STUDI KASUS PELAKSANAAN KKL SEMESTER GASAL 2009/2010)

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to know the influence of service quality of Duta Tour to satisfaction of the students of the faculty of economic of Semarang University. The respondents consist of the student of the faculty of economic which is participating in the field study during the first semester of academic year 2009/2010. Data will be analyzed by multiple regressions. Independent variables consist of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, while dependent variable is student satisfaction. Result of the study showed those only three variables: tangible, assurance and empathy which are influence to student satisfactions. Level of significance 5% is used in this study.
