ANALISIS KEPRIBADIAN dan KINERJA PERILAKU ACCOUNT OFFICER JASA KEUANGAN

ABSTRACT: This paper was carried out of find the influence among Personality, as specially with Big five Personality consisting of Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, Openness to Experiences, toward job performance in the form of behavior and outcomes. In case, PT. Jamsostek Central Java Region and D.I Yogyakarta Region. The results showed the hypothesis has been proved. It’s meaning that there was a positive influence among Extraversion, Agreeableness, toward the behavior job performance and the outcomes. Conscientiousness influenced positively to the outcomes. Neuroticism negatively influences to the outcomes, and openness to experience influences positively the behavior job performance. Another additional result attained in this research was behavior job performance had a negative influence to the outcomes. Based on that, account officer had to give good services to customers anytime.
