SIFAT PEKERJAAN, STRES KERJA, DAN PELECEHAN SEKSUAL SEBAGAI PENYEBAB TERJADINYA PERILAKU MENYIMPANG DI TEMPAT KERJA DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA
ABSTRACT: This study examined
the job nature, job stress, andsexual harassment as the cause of missbehaviour
in the workplace and its impact on job performance. There are 117 nurses
participated in this study at a hospital in Yogyakarta. The analysis data was
conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with a computer program
Amos 22. There are several fndings in this study. First, the job nature does
not affect the job stress. Secondly, sexual harassment has positive influences
on job stress. Third, the job nature does not affect the missbehavior in the
workplace. Fourth, work stress give positive effects on missbehaviour in the workplace.
Fifth, there is a positive effect on the sexual harassment of missbehavior in
the workplace. Sixth, missbehaviour does not affect the job performance.
