PENYELESAIAN TUNGGAKAN PINJAMAN KOPERASISIMPAN PINJAM PEREMPUAN (SPP) ANGGREK DI NAGARI LUMPO KECAMATAN IV JURAI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN
Abstract: Women's Savings and
Loans (SPP) as a savings and loan program that is expected to alleviate poverty
and reduce economic permasalahn in society, which will be managed by women as
part of which is also responsible for the economy of rural families. Problems
studied are 1) how the implementation of Cooperative Savings and Loan Repayment
Women (SPP) in Nagari Ampuan Orchid Lumpo District of South Coastal District IV
Jurai ?, 2) bagaimankah Arrears Settlement Loans Credit Unions Women (SPP) in
Nagari Ampuan Orchid Lumpo the District IV South Coastal District jurai ?. The
method of this research is sociological juridical. The data used primary data
obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained from the study of
documents, qualitative data analysis is done with. The results of the study 1)
Women's Group Credit Unions (SPP) Orchid Ampuan Lumpo to exercise the loan
repayment by means of active and passive payment. 2) Completion of Credit
Unions TunggakanPinjaman Perempuanbagi utilizing existing members in arrears
will be provided with several stages of the penalty sanction, moral sanctions,
administrative sanctions danpenyitaan possessions member, before the agreement
jointly and severally undertaken.
