Pelaksanaan Perizinan Angkutan Kota Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan di Kota Padang
ABSTRACT: Background the
increasing population in the city of Padang , hence increasing also offers the
City Transportation . The creation of safe transport , safe , fast , smooth
orderly , organized , comfortable and efficient need for regulations governing
the Traffic and Transportation . The Indonesian government has issued Law No.
22 of 2009 , for the city of Padang has been no regional regulations that
govern them . Problem Formulation ie, how the implementation , constraints and
licensing efforts in Padang city transport . Methods of sociological research
the legal method of research and discussion of the results of procedures
performed by transport entrepreneurs in obtaining transport permits the conduct
of business license application , trajectory , and dispensation permit through
the Department of Transportation Padang . Obstacles encountered in the
implementation of the transport permit is a lack of awareness of the carriers
in the care of transport permits , the existence of middlemen in the permit .
Efforts are being made to overcome these obstacles is the government giving
sanction to employers who do not meet the transportation comply with applicable
rules , revoke permits already transport pass , giving the transport
entrepreneurs and socialization so that the driver can create comfort in
traffic and road markings as well as trying to expand expand additional
terminals to avoid jams in the city of Padang.
