FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI WAKTU KELUARNYA KOLUSTRUM PERTAMA KALI PADA IBU PASCA PERSALINAN DI RSUP Dr. SARDJITO YOGYAKARTA
Abstract: The study aims is to
analyse of influencing factors of the duration of colostrum onset release.
Methode : This is an analytical-observational-cross sectional study. Result:
The influencing factor for the delay of colostrum release onset (≥64 hour) is
subject (mother) experiencing of emotional distress : 3,7 times, the mode of delivery,
sectio caesarea/extraction vaccum has 3,8 times of posibility of risk, while variable
of the first time of breast feeding (≥1080 minute) has 3,11 times of risk for delay
of the colostrum production onset. Recommendation: Health offices: to refine
the rule related to emotional distress early detection since the mother first
meeting for antenatal care; to establish screening on emotionaly distress; to
establish counseling on psychosocial problem face by mother within pre natal,
intra natal, as well as post natal; to promote early breast feeding through all
health facilities serving delivery care
