ANALISIS KANDUNGAN BAKTERI Total Coliform DALAM AIR BERSIH DAN Escherechia Coli DALAM AIR MINUM PADA DEPOT AIR MINUM ISI ULANG DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KALASAN SLEMAN
Abstract: Refill drinking
water store are industrial enterprises that perform processing raw water into
drinking water and sell directly to consumers. Coliform bacteria in the water
supply has provisions for water wells at 50/100 ml and 10/100 ml. Escherecia
Coli bacteria in drinking water have provisions 0/100 ml. The potentially
pathogenic bacteria because in certain circumstances can cause diarrhea.The
purpose of this study was to determine the content of Total Coliform Bacteria
in Water and Escherechia Coli in Drinking Water at Refill Water Store in
Puskesmas Kalasan Sleman. This research is descriptive observation study
one-group pretest posttest design.The population in this study is 8 refill
water store in Puskesmas Kalasan. This research instrument using a check list
to determine the physical condition of Refill Water Store and to determine the
content of total coliform bacteria and Escherecia Coli bacteria using
laboratory tests in BBTKL.Descriptive analysis of the results showed that the
factors that influence the content of the drinking water is the source of
water, filter tubes, pumping equipment, operator or employee hygiene, micro
filter and the facilities are not yet qualified, the bacteriological
examination Total Coliform are 7 Depot Refill Water did not reach the standard,
the bacteriological examination Total Coliform are 7 Refill Water store ineligible, 1 refill water
store eligible and the bacteriological examination Coli Escherechia there are 3
eligible and 5 ineligible.
