PENAMBAHAN BUNGA ROSELA (HIBISCUS SABDARIFFA L.) PADA PAKAN TERHADAP KETAHANAN TUBUH IKAN GURAMI (OSPHRONEMUS GOURAMY) YANG DIUJI TANTANG DENGAN BAKTERI AEROMONAS HYDROPHILA
Abstrak: This research is to
know the dosage of rosella against immunity of giant gouramy fry had been
challenged with Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria. The treatments are 0 g of
rosella/kg of food (control), 10 g of rosella/kg of food, 20 g of rosella/kg of
food, and 30 g of rosella/kg of food. The challenged test is done after the
fishes had been given the food for 30 days. Each giant gouramy fry is injected
by 106 cell of bacteria via intramuscular. Total leucocyte, hematocrite,
phagocytic index, and mortality of giant gouramy fry had been evaluated. The
result of research showed that the best of total leucocyte and hematocrite get
from the fish had been given the 20 g dosage of rosella/kg of food, but
phagocytic index, immunity, and fish mortality get from the fish had been given
the 30 g dosage of rosella/kg of food. Supplementation of rosella in the food
could increased immunity of giant gouramy fry.
