Studi Karakteristik Morfologi Polen Buah Naga Super Red (Hylocereus costaricensis) dengan Scanning Electron Microscope sebagai Sumber Belajar Biologi SMA
Abstract: The
study palinologi important
to prove especially
in plant taxonomy.
Technological progress with
the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) can support in the field of
knowledge palinologi because of the world of
more than a
light microscope. The
purpose of this
research is described morphological
structure pollen Hylocereus
costaricensis (super red dragon fruit) use SEM, and use it as biology learning
source of senior high school. This research is a descriptive qualitative study
that describes the results of observations of pollen Hylocereus costaricensis
based on relevant
literature. The sample
is pollen Hylocereus
costaricensis. The object of
study that observed is a unit of pollen, the form of pollen, size, aperture and
ornamentation eksin. The result showed
that Hylocereus costaricensis
are categorized in
the unit of
a monad, the
form of subsferodial, the size of
magna, the aperture of tricolpate and the ornamentation of spinulose. This
research result can be used as biology learning source of senior high school.
