OPTIMASI PENENTUAN Ni(II), Co(II) dan Cr(III) DENGAN SIMULTAN SECARA VOLTAMMETRI STRIPING ADSORPTIF (AdSV) MENGGUNAKAN KALKON SEBAGAI PENGOMPLEKS

Abstrak: The  optimation  study  of  simultaneous  determination  of  Ni(II),  Co(II)  and  Cr(III)  ions  by Adsorptive  Stripping  Voltammetry  (AdSV)  using  calcon  as  complexing  agent  was  conducted. The aim of this research was obtain the optimum condition for simultaneous determination of Ni(II), Co(II) and Cr(III) ions by carrying out investigation toward several parameters, such as: consentration  of  calcon,  pH  of  solution,  accumulation  potensial  and  acumulation  time. Furthermore, determination the value of Relative standar deviation was conducted. The results of  research  was  obtained  optimum  condition  were:  consentration  of  calcon  0.6  mM,  pH  =  6, accumulation  time  60  s  and  accumulation  potensial  -0.6  V.  The  method  has  high  degree  of precision with the value of the Relative Standar Deviation  with 8 respectively at the optimum condition were 3.12 % for Ni(II), 2.66 % for Co(II) and 1.44 % for Cr(III).
