BIOSISTEMATIKA VARIETAS PADA JAMBU BIJI (Psidium guajava L.) MELALUI PENDEKATAN MORFOLOGI DI AGROWISATA BHAKTI ALAM NONGKOJAJAR, PASURUAN
ABSTRACT: The objective
of this research
are to know
the diversity or
morphological, to know
fenetic relationship among members
of variety Psidium
guajava L. based
on morphological approach characters and
morphological character that affects the
classification of these
guava. This research was run in
Agrowisata Bhakti Alam Nongkojajar, Pasuruan. In this research, there were 6
varieties from species Psidium guajava L., those were variety of Getas Merah,
Kristal, Lokal, Sukun Farang, Pear,
and Sukun Merah.
Parts of the
plants to be
studied are 60
characters of morphological
plant, including stature, stem, leaves, flower, and fruit. This was an
observational research. According to
the result of
description analysis there
were obtained diversity
of characteristic
morphological from guava.
According to the
analysis used phenetic
method by SPSS program there were
a dendrogram that resulted two groups of guava: group A and group B with 28,3% similarity
value. Group A consisted variety of Sukun Farang, and group B consisted of
group C and group D with 32,2% similarity value. Group C with 47,2% consisted
variety of Getas Merah and Pear. Group D consisted variety of Sukun Merah with
33,2% similarity value and group E consisted variety of Kristal and Lokal with
50,2% similarity value. According to the result of PCA (Principal Component
Analysis), characters that affect the grouping of variety of guava such as:
stem shape, the color of the bottom surface of flower petals, the average width
of petals, color stamens (stalk), long stamens, color pistil (stigma), long
pistil, the distance between the
veins, distance between
nodes, the color
of the upper
surface of flower
petals, color pistil (stigma stalk), leaf density, diameter
