Simulasi Permainan AMANJARI (Aku Mandiri Jaga Diri) sebagai Mitigasi Sosial Anti Kekerasan Seksual pada Anak di Lima Sekolah Dasar Wilayah Kediri
Abstract: The phenomenon of sexual violence on children
especially elementary school children in the Region Kediri is very
worrying. This research
aims to improve
understanding of students
about how to
keep away from sexual violence. The research uses a
method of quasi experiment. Design of the research was pretest-postest design.
Game simulation AMANJARI was
applied for students of Grade 2 of elementary school, and was carried out in five primary schools
in Kediri. Those schools were Kedak1 ES, Karangtalun 1 ES, Tarokan 1 ES,
Mojoroto 3 ES and Kandangan 1 ES with a total of 181 students. Research
instruments used in the game decks AMANJARI designed resembling a monopoly,
Pocketbooks AMANJARI as a guide of the game, and the evaluation for the pretest
and postest. The result of the application of the AMANJARI was the increase
of students’ understanding about how to
guard against sexual acts of violence. The data was as follows Kedak 1 ES
(17,86%), Karangtalun 1 ES (12,53%), Tarokan 1 ES (17,24%), Mojoroto 3 ES
(2,38%) and Kandangan 1 ES (1,58%). The game AMANJARI was proven able to
enhance the knowledge of students about how to keep and prevent students from
the occurrence of sexual violence. In other word, the game can reduce the impact
of sexual violence on children in the Region of Kediri.
