PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN (DIKLAT) TERHADAP KINEJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI KANTOR KECAMATAN MAPANGET KOTA MANADO
Abstract: This research
is funded on the basis
of initial observations
based on data
on Office kecematan mapanget, found still lack of
employee training in the following technical-related jobs, the impact of that
lead to most employees less active in carrying out his work. The method in use
in the research is descriptive-quantitative methods with the population and
sample as many as 21 people, and
the data collection
technique using three
research instruments namely
interview techniques, questionnaire,
and observations Division. In addition to the instruments of these three
researchers also conduct studies
libraries by way
of quoting opinion
opinion expert severely
bekaitan directly with
the research and subsequent variable
in the analysis
using statistic infrensial
i.e. regression analysis
and correlation analysis

of data analysis,

on the category
of "high", with
the average product
of 90,44%, while
Employee Performance varies with
the dominant category,
but with the
average product of
95,20%. Thus, it
can be concluded that
training and education

significant effect on
performance and employee kontributif. It means that the
empirical basis for education and training (training and education) contribute
to a real and quite big on performance, especially in Manado city mapanget
Sub-District Office.
