PENGARUH TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN, LEVERAGE, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract: This
research aimed to
analyze the effect
of good corporate governance,
leverage, and profitability on firm value. In this research firm value is
measured using Tobin's Q. The sample in this research using
purposive sampling which
is Jakarta Islamic
Index companies listed in
Indonesia Stock Exchange
by 7 companies
with the research period 2008-2012. This research analyzes using
multiple linear regressions. The
results showed that
good corporate governance, leverage,
and profitability have a significant
effect on firm value
simultaneously. Partially shows
that leverage and profitability affect
the value of the company,
while good corporate governance has no effect on firm
value.
