PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SUCOFINDO (PERSERO) SURABAYA
Abstract: This research aimed to analyzed the effect of
job training (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y)
simultaneously and partially at PT. SUCOFINDO (Persero) SURABAYA. Population is
management staff, men and women, total 175 employee, divide on 8 division. This research used R.V Krejcie table
to determine sample size, margin of errors 5%, total 132 employee as a sample.
About 132 questionnaire have been spread, only 93 questionnaire qualified to
analyze. The method of analysis is multiple linear regression analysis by using
SPSS software. Result of the research found that there is an simultaneously
effect, between job training (X1) and motivation (X2) on performance (Y) about
61,7% and 38,3% others affected by
another factor which didn’t discuss in
this research. Partially, motivation variable (X2) is the most dominant
variable on performance variable (Y), about 37,21%. Job training (X1) on
performance (Y) only affect 23,72%.
