PENGARUH LEARNING ORGANIZATION DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN YANG BERDAMPAK PADA TURNOVER INTENTION

Abstract: The  implementation of  learning  organization  is a  learning system that have capability for contribute greatly to the survival of the company,  supported  by  the  behavior  of  the  leader  improve  the effectiveness  of  the  company's  goal  to  reduce  the  level  of  turnover intention of  employees.  With  a  sample  of  97 full-time employees  at PT.  Boma  Bisma  Indra  (Persero)  Surabaya,  using SEM  Smart PLS 2.0  analysis  techniques. The  result  that is  a  significant  effect  of learning  organization  on  employee  job  satisfaction  and  turnover intention,  a  significant  effect  of  leadership  on employee job satisfaction  and  turnover  intention,  there  was  no  significant  effect between  employee job  satisfaction  to the  turnover  intention,  thesignificant  effect of  the  learning  organization on  turnover  intention mediated  employee  job  satisfaction  and  no  significant  effect  of leadership  on  the  turnover  intention mediated  by  employee jobsatisfaction.
