PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract: The  aims of  this  research  is to  find  out  and  analyze  the influence of organizational commitment and job stress on employees performance  of  AJB  Bumiputera  1912  in  regional  offices  Surabaya. This  research  uses  a  quantitative  approach with the  survey method,i.e.  by  disseminating  a  questionnaire  to  employees  AJB  Bumiputera 1912 regional office Surabaya amounted to 35 employees. The value of  each  variable  in  this  study  were  analyzed  by  multiple  linear regression analysis method with the help of a computer program IBM SPSS  Statistics  20.  From  hypotheses  testing  result  known  that simultaneously  commitment  organization  and  job  stress  influence significantly  to  the  employees  performance.  Partially,  commitment organization  has  positive  and  significantly  influence  to  employeeperformance  while  job  stress  has  negative  and  significantly  on  the employees performance.
