PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract:  Employees  is  one  of  the  factors  production  that  is  not enough  to  be  compensated  only,  but  also through  the  adjustment  of the company’s values  and the support of their leaders can indirectly increase  employee  job  satisfaction.  The  purpose  of  this  research  to test the influence of compensation, organizational culture is limited to the  hierarchy  culture  and  leadership  style  on  employees  job satisfaction  in  PT.  PLN  (Persero)  North  Surabaya  Area.  Sampling technique  in  this  research  using  proportionate  stratified  random sampling with 56 samples of respondents, however, of the distributing questionnaires  to  56  respondents  only  38  questionnaires  are returned.  The  results  of  research  showed  that  compensation  have  a significant  positive  influence  on  employee  job  satisfaction. Organizational  culture  have  a  significant  positive  influence  on employee  job  satisfaction.  Leadership  style  had  not  significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Compensation, organizational culture and leadership style have a significant simultant influence on employee job satisfaction.
