of resources. In
effect labor productivity covering attitudes

view that today's
working methods should be
better than past
working methods, and results
of which can
be achieved by
the next time
should be more or
better quality than
the results achieved
today. The research approach
in this research
is quantitative, consisting of
three variables i.e.
work Safety, Health
and Productivity. Sample used
in this study
were taken 161
employees of Tracon Industry
co. ltd. in the development
of contruction at proyek
manageement contruction EPC
pabrik Derivat Gondorukem &
Terpentin Perum Perhutani, Pemalang. While the data analysis using multiple
linear regression analysis.
