PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL, KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL, LEVERAGE, FIRM SIZE DAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN HIGH PROFILE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE TAHUN 2008-2012

Abstract: The research aims to exemine the influence of managerial ownership,  institutional ownership,  leverage,  firm size, and  corporate social responsibility  on firm value.  The samples at this  research are high  profile  companies  listed  in  Indonesian  Stock  Exchange  during period  of  2008-2012.  Data  used  from  annual  report.Technique analysis  used  multiple  linear  regression.  The  results  showing  thatthere  are  three  independent  variables  that  affect  the  dependent variable  is  managerial  ownership,  CSR,  Leverage  is  influence  firm value.  Institutional  ownership  is  not  effect  on firm value.  institutional investors  with  small  shareholdings  will  perform  weak oversight  of the managerial  decisions  and  actions,  which  may  affect  managerialdecisions  rise and fall of  the  value of  the company. Firm  size  has not influence  on firm value.  Due  to the  increase in  total assets  owned  by the company  may  not necessarily  increase the  value of  the company in the eyes of investors.
