because in one
organization, their is a
lot of resources,
whether its human
resources and other resources that
had to be
integrated one other
in effort to
reach the organization purpose.
This Research has a purpose
to analyzed influence of
emotional intelligent on
Trusted feeling, Teamwork, trusted of
teamwork and whether
trusted feeling can
mediation the influence of
emotional intelligent of
teamwork on PT.
Boma Bisma Indra (Persero)
Surabaya employee. This
research executed with spread
a Questionnaire to
112 respondents which
are PT. Boma Bisma
Indra (persero) Surabaya
employee. File analysis
technique use Structural Equation Modelling. The research resulted: Emotional Intelligent had
a positive significant
influence to trusted
feeling; Emotional
Intelligent did not
influence of teamwork;
Trusted feeling had a
positive significant influence
of teamwork; Trusted
feeling can mediation the
influence between emotional intelligent of teamwork.
