PENGARUH BUDAYA KEWIRAUSAHAAN PERUSAHAAN, MOTIVASI INTRINSIK DAN MOTIVASI EKSTRINSIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN STAF PT WARNATAMA CEMERLANG GRESIK

Abstract:  Accordingly,  the  purpose  of  this  study  was  to  analyze  the influence  of  corporate  entrepreneurial  culture,  intrinsic  motivation  and extrinsic motivation either simultaneously or partially on job satisfaction, as well as analyze the variables that have a more dominant influence on job satisfaction. Population and samples in this study were employees of the  staff,  amounting  to  77  people  were  taken  to  the  saturated  sample technique. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique  used  is  multiple  linear  regression  analysis  techniques. Measurement  data  using  a  likert  scale.  The  results  showed  that  the corporate  entrepreneurial  culture,  intrinsic  motivation  and  extrinsic motivations  simultaneously  and  partial  effect  on  job  satisfaction.  In addition,  the  results  also  showed  that  the  variables  most  dominant influence on employee job satisfaction is intrinsic motivation.
