Abstrak: The objective
of this research
is to examine
and analyze the
influence of budgeting participation to manager performance
with information asymmetry as moderation variable.The research was conducted by
using 56 managers of Syari’ah Banking in
Banda Aceh as population. data was collected through questionaires and analyzed
by using multiple linier regressions. The result of this research shows that
asymmetry information as moderation variable
has an effect
on the relationship
between budgeting participation
to manager performance in Syaria
Banking of Banda Aceh.
