Implementasi Strategi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pattimura Ambon
ABSTRACT: The aim of this
research was to analyse the effect of human resource development which were
covered the Advanced Educational,Training and Upgradings programs, Seminars and
workshops as well as organizational support for the quality improvement of the lecturers. The
research was conducted in three universities in Maluku namely: Pattimura
University, Christian University of Indonesia Moluccas, Darusalam University
with the respondents of 64 lecturers of Economics Faculty. Path analysis was used to test hypothesis.
The results of the path test were indicate that Advanced Education program was
indirectly and significantly effect to the organization support. Training and
upgradings program have a tangible effect and significant to the organizational
support. Seminars and workshops have a tangible effect and significant to the
organizational support. Moreover, the result showed that there were significant
and direct effect to the Advanced
Education program to the quality
improvement of lecturers, but training and upgradings program have no
significant effect to the quality improvement of the lecturers, while seminar
and workshop has direct and significant effect to the quality improvement of
lecturers. Organizations support has no direct effect to the quality
improvement of lecturers. The result also shows that Advanced education
program, training and upgradings program, seminar and workshop were indirectly
effect the quality improvement of lecturers trough the organizations support.
