HUBUNGAN USIA, MASA KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA DENGAN STRESS KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract:  Effectiveness  and  efficiency  is  necessary  for  company  to have  advantage  over  competitors.  It  required  qualified  human resources  for  company  that’s  able  to  compete  and  achieve  an effective  company  organization.  To  build  the  quality  of  human resources in company sometimes encountered problem, such as age, job tenure and workload, were the factors may be associated with job stress.  This  research  type  is  conclusive  research  conducted  with variables  of  age,  job  tenure  and  workload  as  independent  variables and job stress as dependent variable. The sampling technique using saturated  sample  techniques  of  35  employees  of  HR,  Finance  and Fleet  division.  The  analytical  method  used  is  multiple  correlation analysis  and  simple  regression. The results showed that: there’s a significant relationship between age of employees with job stress, job tenure and job stress is positive but unsignificant, age and job tenure simultaneously isn’t related to job stress, workloads significant and positively influenced on job stress.
