ANALISIS PENGARUH ORIENTASI PROFESIONAL TERHADAP KONFLIK PERAN DENGAN VARIABEL MODERATING: PARTISIPASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN DAN ORIENTASI TUJUAN SISTEM PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI NEGERI DI BANDA ACEH
Abstrak: The aim of this
research is to know the influences of professional orientation variable and
moderating variable that is participant in budget compilation, system purpose
orientation toward the role conflict in the state universities in Banda Aceh.
This research was conducted in some state universities. the method of taking
sampling was done to 47 respondents by using census. All of the respondents
were being samples due to the limited number of respondents. they were the vice rectors and vice deans of
the universities. the result of this research showed that the professional
orientation variable influenced the rule conflict variable. Furthermore the
interaction of participation in budget compilation showed that the professional
orientation and participation in budget compilation also influenced the role
conflict variable.
