Menerapkan Coaching sebagai Gaya Kepemimpinan Masa Kini
Abstract: The objective of
this paper is to explain the importance of managing talent of Generation Y.
Generation Y has a very different characteristics with the previous generation.
Organisations need to implement leadership style in order to develop and manage
them as a talent. Thus, the appropriate leadership style to be able to develop
the talents of generation Y is managing as a coach. Manager as coach will be
able to improve the performance and develop subordinates of generation Y.
