Abstract: Dinas
Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Disperdagin) Kota
Surabaya has the
task of conducting the affairs of government and public services
such as making permit for industry and company’s
. The current process of making
license took a long time due to the lack
of information for the current
company will register.
The company should
bring back the
document forms to prepare
the required documents
and back again
to submit documents
to Disperdag in. Another problem that arises is there is no
system that provides information to Disperdagin about licensing status.Based on
the above problems,
Disperdagin need a
system which is able to simplify the process of
making an online license to the
company. The company is not necessary to go to the Disperdagin office to complete the document. It also
needed a system that helps the Disperdagin for
monitoring the st atus
of the company’s
permit. Developed system
made using the
waterfall method.
Based on the results of trials that have been done, the system can meet
the needs at the Department of Trade
and Industry, the
city of Surabaya
in the process
of registration p ermits, approval of
permits, permit issuance,
monitoring the position of the
document, report generation business
licenses, and permits the
industry and provide a warning if there is a permit which runs through sms
gateway .
