Abstract: STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo is a private university under the
auspices of the Foundation Hospital
Dr. Soetomo. To
improve the quality
of education, then

System Hospital Revision VI as well as supporting the
International Classification of
Disease ( ICD
- 10 ) that was
developed using the System
Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Based on trial results and evaluations that have been done , the
application may be able to serve the transaction at
each clinic with the type of service that is more
specific and generate reports RL in accordance with the standards Handbook
Charging , Processing an d Presentation of Data Hospital and Reporting System
Hospital Revision VI and can assist the lecturer in monitoring medical record simulation
activities undertaken by students.
