PERTUMBUHAN BIOMASSA SPYROGYRA sp SEBAGAI ORGANISME BIOFILTER DALAM SISTEM AKUAKULTUR RESIRKULASI
ABSTRACT: Spirogyra sp
is an alga
that can be
used as a biofilter in
Aquaculture Recirculation System. Because it
can form a
network that performs
effectively restrain the
flow rate of
TSS in the
filter container. Spyrogyra Spfototrofik
organisms are capable
of filtering milasi
aquaculture waste nutrients
(NH4-N, NO3-N, CO2, and PO4-P). Research results show that the volume of water
used is 750 liters, which
produces daily TAN
concentration was 2.15 mg
/ l /
day. Fraction of
ammonia formed from TAN. Thus, at a temperature of 29° C and pH 7.5 will
only produce ammonia fraction of 0.060 mg / l.
