ABSTRACT: Companies engaged

personnel to improve the company's ability to compete. One of the models and
technologies that can be used is the use of forecasting methods, in particular
using the exponential smoothing method in order to analyze and identify the
needs of the product, and will indirectly be able to estimate or predict the
state in the future based on the data
in previous years.

was developed with
VB 6.0 with
MySQL database, and
observe the established data
model analysis results of the existing riding.
