DESIGNING E-SUPPLY CHAIN COLLABORATIVE MANAGEMENT: A CASE STUDY IN TOTAL FOOD SOLUTION COMPANY
ABSTRACT: This study aims to
explore the enhancement of information
technology system to support the total
food solution company visions, such as constructing global network in
international market and making their brand as global brand. The enhancement is
realized via integrating the communication and information system. System design is started from analyzing the
process flow of the logistic system on their current and future model. We use
the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) to design the system architecture.
The results of this study show e-solution model for the integration system,
information technology infrastructure, and functional module for subsystem in
related department. This study contributes to the e-supply chain collaborative
management through the design of integrated information system horizontally and
vertically with their subsidiaries.
