Abstract: The research isto
provide a explanationof the factors that make Indonesian Slow Food Movement
succeeded in synergy with local farmers and promote the product in the country that is
traditionally Kusamba sea salt entering and competing in European markets while
maintaining their concept: good, clean,
fair. The results of this research are successful Indonesian Slow Food (Convivium
Kemang) as an emerging social movement tried to promote Indonesian organic food
in its business activities. This movement begins their efforts by way of
synergism with Kusamba salt local farmers to market their products to the
European market.
