purpose is to
know how the
investment of Malaysia
Palm Oil sector in
Kalimantan Timur Province
2008 – 2009.

research is descriptive analytic,
that is descriptions
about something happen
with some deep considerately. This
research using secondary
data which based
on some relevant literature
concerned with the problem of the research, literature get on book, journal,
and internet access.
Technical Analytic of
this research using qualitative method,
that is research
with deep survey
about certain case,
the analysis not using statistic count.
The result of
this research is
indicate that rapid
development Investment of Malaysia
which significant factor
from 2005 –
2009 in Kalimantan
Timur Province especially Palm
Oil sector and
not apart from
role of public
policy which take by local and central Goverment.
