Abstract: Australia is the
biggest number thired on gas mession level and this its impact of the global
level gas emission that influence the climate change. As an country that
already ratificated the Kyoto Protocal, Australia government have to reduce the
emission level by they policy. First policy that this country have to reduce
its by the carbon tax policy but, this policy is fail cause the value of the
tax is too high and lots peoples refuse this policy. Cause the failure of this
policy Australia governtment change the policy by carbon trade Scheme.
Australia government says that carbon tax policy is fail and transform it to
carbon trading scheme. Theres is some few reason that used by the Australia
government transition the a carbon tax to carbon trading scheme witch are:
increasing the electricity and transportation cost, support from mining
entrepreneur, carbon tax value to high, lots of closed mining companies,
increasing unemployment level, increasing of cost of goods and services.
