Peranan ASEAN Senior Official on Drugs Matters (ASOD) Dalam Menanggulangi Drugs Trafficking di Negara Thailand 2005-2010
Abstract: One of
transnational crime is
drug trafficking was
appointed writer. Drugs trafficking problem is one part of the
threat of transnational crime is being in the spotlight, both in the national
and international community. Formulation of
the problem is
how the role
of the ASEAN
Senior Officials on
Drugs Matters (ASOD) in
tackling Drugs Trafficking
in Thailand from
2005 to 2010?. The
purpose of this
study was to
determine the role
of the ASEAN Senior
Officials on Drugs
Matters (ASOD) in
tackling the country
Drugs Trafficking in Thailand
from 2005 to
2010. Authors found
understanding of the drug
trafficking problem. Basically
the drug trafficking
problem can be divided
into three inter-related
parts, the first
issue of illegal
drug production, trafficking is
illegal and the
second trading illegally.
This is allegedly a
threat to the
security of the
international system among
the countries involved in the production, trafficking and abuse. The
phenomenon of increasing transnational crime is a non-conventional threats, at
this point has become a major part of the ASEAN countries. This is reasonable
because this type of crime knows no boundaries of sovereignty.
