PERAN ORGANIZATION FOR SECURITY AND CO-OPERATION IN EUROPE (OSCE) DALAM MENANGANI HUMAN TRAFFICKING DI KOSOVO 2008-2011
Abstract: Human trafficking in
Kosovo occurred because poor economy conditions, many people live in poverty, lack
of legal and law enforcement mechanisms in Kosovo, lack of visa requirements
and strict border controls, Kosovo become of the volunteers for peace
prostitution potentially be customers in Kosovo, the emergence of prostitution
trade both for domestic and overseas consumption, and traditional norms and
strong influence on children and women. OSCE roles of the human trafficking
problem in Kosovo is as a container or negotiate a place to find a solution, as
a facilitator,as a monitor, informers and cooperation with Kosovo state, as
well as perpetrators of anti-trafficking action. The actions is among other
investigations, law enforcement, and prosecution, prevention, protection, and
providing assistance to victims.
