PENGARUH UPAH KERJA DAN SANKSI TERHADAP KEADILAN DISTRIBUTIF PADA TENAGA KERJA BONGKAR MUAT BARANG DI PELABUHAN SAMARINDA
ABSTRACT: This study aims to
find out the effect compensation and sanction
towards the distributive justice on stevedoring workers in Samarinda
port. This study consists of three
variables: The dependant variable is distributive justice and the independent
variables are compensation and sanction.
Sampling technique using random sampling. The samples in this study are 93 stevedoring workers at
the port of samarinda. Data analysis
technique used in th is study is
descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.
Based on the results of the
study there is positive and
highly significant correlation between compensation and
distributive justice to the vakue
of beta = 0.270, t count = 3,865>t
table = 1,662 and p = 0.000, there is positive and significant correlation
between sanctions and distributive justice with a value of beta =
0649, t = 9286> ttable = 1,662 and p = 0.010, there is a very significant
effect between compensations and
sanctions against distributive justice with F count = 69 190>F table = 2.36
R2 = 0.606 and p = 0.000.
