PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN PEMBELAJARAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT. KALTIM NUSA ETIKA BONTANG
ABSTRACT: This research aim is
for knowing the influence of working experience and organizational learning
towards work attachment on employees of PT. Kaltim Nusa Etika Bontang. This
research based on three variables which are attached variable that is work
attachment and free variable which is working experience and organizational
learning.
The decided sample techniques is with using purposive sampling. The
sample in this research is the employees of PT. Kaltim Nusa Etika Bontang which
could be collected about 80 people. The used data analysis techniques is
analysis descriptive method and multiple analysis regression.
The result of this research showed that there is a positive influence and
significant between working experience and work attachment with the beta =
0.241, t = 2.329 and p = 0.022, there is a positive influence and very
significant between organizational learning with the work attachment with the
beta = 0.337, t = 3.263, and p = 0.002, there is significant influence between
working experience and organizational learning with work attachment with F =
8.417, R2 = 0.179, and p = 0.000.
