KEBERMAKNAAN HIDUP DAN KONFLIK PERAN GANDA PADA WANITA KARIER YANG BERKELUARGA DI KOTA SAMARINDA
Abstrak: Dual role conflict is
a condition that is often experienced by a woman who has had a family, becoming
a mother and becoming career woman. When dual role conflict that happens there
will be tension caused by one of the roles because there will be a difficulty
of implementing a role if there is only time required to perform the execution
of one role only. Meaningfulness of life become one of the most important goals
in life, this encourages the role of the women who have a family to still be
able to perform the role of being a mother and a career women despite. Purpose
of this experiment is to get an idea of the dual role conflicts occur
among women who have a dual role, as
well as the true meaning of life from a career women who has had a family and
in a sense already has a husband and children. This type of research is a
qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. For methods Collecting the
data used are interviews and reassurance. Were 3 people ( women ) who existed
as a career women. To analized the data, interactive model from Miles
&Huberman was used, which consist of three steps. The first step was data
reduction, the second step was data display, and the last step is is final
conclusion and verification. Through this study found a sourch of conflict that
occurs multiple roles more rooted in a sense of responsibility to the gift of
love of children and sense of guilt leaving the child at home when I have to
work. Meaningfulness of life that are fundamental to career women who have
families in the form of a self-existence, self-actualization, and the purpose
of life for beatify parents and a husband by making proud of its status as a
successful career women.
