MANAJEMEN KONFLIK DALAM MENGATASI KONFLIK NEPAL TAHUN 1996-2006
Abstract: Conflict often
emerged as a result of different need, idea, belief, value, or goal between
party which is inevitable. Most problem of every conflict is the armed struggle
that took place as a form to achieve their goal. These armed struggle often
ignore the basic rights of every human can possibly have. Nepal is not excluded
in this term. The armed struggle between Maoist group against the government in
Nepal’s conflicts caused a lots of human rights violation. Ironically these
violation is mostly done by its government and became the main issue of this
complex. The main duty of a state is to protect its citizens from any form of
fear. Unfortunately, government of Nepal had not been able to completed this
role instead they had been given terror to its citizens and created dilemma
towards the powerless Nepal’s society between the government and the
rebellions.
