IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI STRING OF PEARLS DALAM MENGAMANKAN JALUR MINYAK CHINA DI SAMUDERA HINDIA

Abstract: The implementation of a string of pearls  strategy of China is the main goal in the securing lines of oil along the coastline that extends from the Strait Hormus to  the  Persian  Gulf  and  Arabian  Sea,  past  the  Laccadive  Sea  to  the  Bay  of Bengal, Andaman Sea, the Strait of Malacca to the coast of mainland China, in each  country  within  the  string  of  pearls  in  the  Indian  Ocean  region. Implementation  of  a  string  of  pearls  strategy  China  is  through  a  Assertive diplomatic approach with oil belt of the country, to an agreement of cooperation agreements and maximize giving of development assistance in the development of  foreign  bases,  as  one  Chinese  instrument  in  keeping  the  sea  lines  of Communications  along  the  pathway  at  the  string  of  pearls  line.  That  passes which  Gwadar  port  (Pakistan),  Hambantota  port  (Sri  Lanka),  Chittagong  port (Bangladesh),  Sittwe  port  (Myanmar),  signal  intelligence  facilities  in  the  Coco Island  (Myanmar),  Kra  Canal  (Thailand),  Kyaukphyu  port  (Burma),  the military  bases  (Marao,  Maldives),  underground  pipeline  in  Islamabad  and  the Karakoram  Highway  to  Kashgar  Xinjiang,  and  the  Port  of  Sihanoukville (Cambodia).  Then  China  put  the  Blue  Water  Navy  and  PLAN  (People Liberation  Army  Nation)  and  indirectly  China  capable  of  developing  to  secure supply  of  oil  and  defense  as  well  as  developing  its  military  power  with  Blue Water Navy,in the Indian Ocean region.
