HUBUNGAN KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP INTENSI PINDAH KERJA (TURNOVER INTENTION) KARYAWAN PT. REJEKI ABADI SAKTI SAMARINDA

Abstrak: Turnover intention is one of the problems that often occur in the enterprise that  will  lead  to  the  negative  impact  for  the  company.  Turnover  intention which often  occur  in  the  company  needs  to  repair  the  work  condition  or  the  way  of employees training. Many factors have an effect on the turnover intention  one of them relate to the job satisfaction and organisation commitment. This  research  aims  to  understand  the  relation  of  job  satisfaction  and organisation commitment to turnover intention employees of PT.Rejeki Abadi Sakti in Samarinda. The research consist of three variable that are: turnover intention as the  dependent  variable  and  job  satisfaction  and  organisation  commitment  as independent variable. Data collection  is  done  by  using scale  method.  Sample  in  this  research  is the  employees  of  PT.  Rejeki  Abadi  Sakti  in  Samarinda  around  75.  Data  analysis technique which use is nonparametric Kendall’s Tau-b analysis test The  result  of  this  research  shown  that  there  is  no  relation  between  job satisfaction with turnover intention with the correlation value -0.146 and value p < 0.05  (p  =  0.075)  and  there  is  a  significant  relation  beween  organisation commitment and turnover intention with the correlation value -0.267 and value p < 0.05 (p=0.001).
