Fenomena Kekerasan Politik Di Aceh Pasca Perjanjian Helsinki
ABSTRACT: This study
analyzes the general
problem of violence in
Aceh after the
peace. The violence that
occurred after the
peace is political
violence. If traced
back peace of
violent conflict between GAM
and the Indonesian
government has successfully
agreed with the involvement of
the Crisis Management
Initiative (CMI) as
a third party
in resolving this case. In fact, post-peace and violence
continue to rise as the democratic processes. The results of this
study are: (1)
economic factors, reintegration
funds provided by
the government of Aceh
to the former
combatants is not
evenly distributed; (2)
problems resolving cases
of human rights violations, every Helsinki peace memorial victims of
human rights violations to the government of Aceh has always demanded that
human rights violations are resolved; (3) lack of law enforcement.
