TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA TERHADAP LAYANAN AKADEMIK DI UNIVERSITAS MERCU BUANA YOGYAKARTA

ABSTRACT: The purpose of the study was to test the contribution appraisal of procedural justice and  appraisal  of  interactional  justice  to  the  satisfaction  of  academic  service.  The research  hypothesis  was  the  appraisal  of  procedural  justice  and  appraisal  of interactional  justice  which  had  contribution  to    the  satisfaction  of  academic  service. The  research subjects  consisted  of  44  students.  The  data  was  obtained  by  using  3 scales, namely appraisal of procedural justice scale, appraisal of interactional justice scale,  and      satisfaction  of  academic  service  scale.  The  result  by  using  simple regression  technique  found  that    appraisal  of  procedural  justice  and  appraisal  of interactional justice  had significant effect in increasing the level of academic service satisfaction.
