ANALISIS KEPUASAN MAHASISWA NON PENDIDIKAN DASAR TERHADAP SIMBOL-SIMBOL PELAYANAN REGISTRASI DI UNIVERSITAS TERBUKA UPBJJ PURWOKERTO TAHUN 2013
Abstract: This study aims to
determine the satisfaction of non-basic education students to the symbols of
the registration services at Navan UPBJJ Open University in 2013.
This research is descriptive quantitative which respondent is students of
non-primary education at the Open University in 2013 UPBJJ Purwokerto. The data
collected by questionnaire method, each points has 4 answer options, which is :
very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, satisfied, and very satisfied. Data analysis
using descriptive quantitative analysis with frequency and percentage distribution
model.
The results show the majority of students are satisfied with the registration services on every
symbols. However, there are two symbols of communication that is pretty much
disappoint the student, which is officers communication symbols of the careness
registration and communication symbols of speed service registration. For
symbols registration officers careness in providing services to students, from
196 respondents there were 34 students (17.35%) were not satisfied with the
services provided by the campus, and 4
people (2.04%) expressed very dissatisfied. Then the symbols of the speed
service registration, from 192 respondents there were 36 students (18.75%) are
not satisfied with the services provided
by the campus, and 4 people (2.08%) expressed very dissatisfied.
