TINJAUAN PROSES KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM MEMILIH KUR (KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT): STUDI PADA BANK NAGARI SIJUNJUNG
ABSTRACT: One of the obstacles
from SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) today is less of capital and banking
access (bankable). This
is become a
challenge for banking
institution to create some
of credit products
for SME institution.
It’s called KUR
(Kredit Usaha Rakyat). The
objective of this
research is to
observe what factors
determine of people decisions to
choose KUR which
issued by Bank
Nagari Sijunjung. The
data was collected through
questionnaires which consist
of Likert scale
answers at 1-5
scales. There were 80 questionnaires being distributed to the
respondents while 100% of them were
can be used
to be analysed.
Researchers found that
there are some
factors influence people to
choose KUR in
Bank Nagari Sijunjung.
They are Introduce
Of Needs As Capital
Enterprises (F1), Looking
For Information (F2),
Alternative Evaluation (F3), Decision
To Pay (Such
As Interest Of
Bank) (F4), Post
Evaluation Payment (F5). From all of factors, F1 is the high significant
for people (customers) to apply KUR in Bank Nagari Sijunjung
