IDENTIFIKASI POTENSI UNGGULAN INDUSTRI KECIL MENENGAH (IKM) DI KOTA SUNGAI PENUH
ABSTRACT: This study aims to
determine any potential seed contained
in each district as well as find out any potential Small and Medium
Enterprises(SMEs) in each district to get the Sungai Penuh
City disbursement strengthening
the rural economy.
The methodology used was
a qualitative method,
the processing of
data which is
descriptive with outlining any
potential seed and
SMEs that have
the potential to be
developed as a driver of the economy. The results showed
that the trade sector in rural areas in Sungai Penuh City trade is still
dominated by small-scale and not well
organized, so that the incomes of the rural areas is still relatively low.In an
effort to help improve it, rolling the
Sungai Penuh City
Government SERJUSADE Program
in 2012, which
aimed to increase the
growth of SMEs.
Economic activity is
dominated by Sungai
Penuh City trade and
services sector and
transportation, so that
this sector will
be a major
and potentially develop the major activities Sungai Penuh City
residents. While the potential of SMEs in each district have been found,
namely; 16 SMEs in the district. Village land, 7 SMEs in the district. Kumun
Debai, 81 SMEs in thedistrict. Sungai Penuh, 17 SMEs in the district. Overlays
Rawang, and 16 SMEs in the district. Coastal hill and all the potential to
be given financial
assistance for strengthening
community economic development
